Purple Haze

This talk was presented at Secure360 Minnesota in May of 2022. Laura spoke with Chris Hernandez, who was instrumental in bringing the Purple Team model to Code42.

In this, we highlight the challenges with the traditional red and blue team model, including  competing incentives that create negative and combative relationships between red and blue team members. We discuss how the Purple Team Model has been applied at Code42 and Capital One and offer insights on how a team can prepare for the transition from traditional red blue and enter in to the Purple Haze.
